Mandatory coverage, limit is always $20,000 per person up  to  $40,000 for more than one person. Pays for damages (medical expenses, pain and suffering) to anyone injured or killed by your car in Massachusetts only.

Pays up to $8,000 to you or anyone you let drive your car, your household members, passengers and pedestrians, no matter who causes the accident. PIP pays for medical expenses, replacement services and 75% of any lost wages.

Protects you, household members and passengers (unless covered by another Massachusetts policy similar coverage) against losses caused by an uninsured or unidentified ("hit and run") driver. A minimum limit of $20,000 per person and $40,000 per accident is required.

Pays for another persons property damage and costs associated with the loss of use of that property, when you, a household member or another authorized driver causes an accident. A minimum limit of $5,000 is required.

 Bodily injury to Others, minimum limit is 20/40 This coverage includes protection for guests in your car and accidents that occur anywhere in the U.S. and Canada. when bodily injury occurs.

Higher limits of insurance are recommended

Covers medical expenses for you, your household members and passengers, over and above amounts by PIP.

Highest limit is $25,000.00

Pays for collision damage to your car- no matter who causes the accident. (deductible may apply) If your car is financed, you lender may require you to carry this coverages.

Also pays for collision damage, but only if you are 100% not at fault, and able to identify the other driver.

Pays for losses resulting from perils such as fire, theft, and vandalism. glass, windshield coverage

Deductible applies, No deductible on glass coverage

Pays up to $30 dollars a day for car rental or other transportation costs( To a limit of $900)  while your car is undergoing collision or a comprehensive loss.

Pays up to $50  reimbursement for towing  for a covered loss.  

Pays for bodily injury damages to you, household members and passengers (unless they are covered by another Massachusetts policy with similar coverage) when the accident is caused by someone without  insurance.
